Raid Leaders are responsible for managing and gathering data on all progression raids.  During raids they will give instruction, based on information from the Strategy Officer.  In addition to raid instruction, this officer will set up and maintain a Wow Web Stats (WWS) report for any progression raid.  The WWS report will be posted on the forums under the Raid category within 30 minutes of the completion of a raid, allowing members to review their performance.

Recruiting officers are responsible for the general recruiting plan of the guild.  They will work with the other officers in the evaluation of prospective members, as well as deciding what classes and specs should be targeted for recruiting.  They will produce a message for recruiting in Trade Chat, for use by themselves, and anyone else they ask to help them.

This officer serves two major purposes.  The first is to be involved in general guild activities to get a feel for the current state of the guild.  The second is to provide support for the other officers in their capacities.

This officer is responsible for compiling information specific to raiding, including information on all trash mobs and bosses.  They will provide that information to the other officers during officer meetings, as well as to the membership through the Raid forum.  During a Raid, the Raid leader may defer to the Strategy officer for explaination of boss fights.

The Website Administration is responsible for the moderation and upkeep of the guild website.  They will work with the other officers to maintain a website that is easy to use and has all of the appropriate information and communication ability that the guild needs.
